Bill sold my family home in a probate transaction with multiple complications including: court document errors; an explosive and super contentious eviction; seamless interface with a top flight legal team, covid 19 delays; and the recension of our 1st buyer's offer after 10 months of sale preparation. He touts himself as an expert at probate real estate transactions, and in my case, he was all that and more. Furthermore, he was both physically and mentally "there" whenever the situation called for it- court dates, meetings, eviction day, on-line court system research, and gave 24 hour attention to our needs if required. In short, he was a fantastic partner throughout. Continuing, our 11 month "odyssey sale" revealed the truth about Bill: even in the most challenging transaction, he is an amazing example of wisdom, thoughtfulness, and consistency of whom I both relied heavily and often marveled. The amount of time and effort he put in to our almost year long sale seemed to outweigh what he made in commission, but he never complained or found excuses to stop putting effort into what became a problem-ridden sale. He even persevered after our 1st buyer backed-out, finding a second buyer who actually offered us and bought, for significantly more money. Awesome. In fact, despite many, many complications, none of this took away from Bill's effort and his ability to put his clients above the fray and craziness that can occur during a real estate transaction. An example of this is how he called us almost weekly for a nearly a year to give us the latest update on where we were in the process.
